Josie & I at the Christmas Bash Originally uploaded by ProSam.

Today Josie and I have reached our 7 month anniversary and though I don’t update you guys as much as I used to let me assure you things are going great. I love her so much and with every conversation we have and moments we share I see more and more what a special young woman she is.

Don’t get me wrong, we’ve had some issues but nothing we can’t resolve and some have been issues that we have no control over. We just try to do the best we can learning and evolving in the relationship as it goes along.

The picture above is the official picture from the Christmas Bash, how do we look? :) We had such a great time at that event, just as we do always when we’re together. Spending time together is what we enjoy most.

Happy anniversary chula, I love you.

6 Down, Six To Go…

Josie Originally uploaded by ProSam.

Yesterday was Josie and I’s six month anniversary and I think it was probably the lowest key of all the anniversaries. I know I shouldn’t be celebrating monthly anniversaries, but I like to. But with the holidays and all I really didn’t have the time or money to do something extra special. We did speak about it for a while last night and one very important thing came out of our Six month anniversary…

5 Months? Those Flew By!

Josie & Sammy

J&S Originally uploaded by Sammy.

It seems like yesterday that I first started to talk to Josie but here we are five months and going strong.

Our relationship keeps evolving everyday, getting sronger, deeper and closer. I thank God for giving me the privilege to court this young lady.

So what did I do for our 5 Month anniversary you ask? Well, I gave her a card of course, I wrote little poem in spanish and also used the image above to create a t-shirt for her. She loved it and swore not to wear it ever. She just hung it up as a memory.

We shopped together and spent most of the day together. It was good all around.

As always keep praying for us as this relationship continues.

4 Months and Counting…

Well,
This update is a little late but here it is nonetheless.

So it’s Josie & I’s four month anniversary and some of you might be thinking like my sister who said “Why are you celebrating every month?” and I’ll tell you what I told her. This is my first REAL relationship and Josie is probably the person I will marry so I’m savoring every special moment I can. So if it means I celebrate every month I will. Josie is a great person first and a wonderful girlfriend. She loves God first and then me, and that’s they way it should be. But enough about all thiss and lets get to the nitty gritty…

Tomorrow is Josie & I’s four month anniversary and so far you can summarise it pretty good with the subject of this post. We’ve hard our highs and only a few lows, which we’ve been able to stick together and work out.

The moment calls for something special and I have something up my sleeve but I won’t mention it now since she might read the blog. But I will post the details on Friday after the anniversary.

As always please continue to pray for us. We are doing awesome thanks be to God and if this is His will it will be forever.

Three, count them, 1, 2, 3…

Josie & I! New Originally uploaded by Sammy.

It is our three month anniversary and Josie & I are doing better and better every day. Today marks a new day or episode in my life, you see, this is the longest relationship I’ve ever had. Things are going great and lately she’s even been even more happy and content with our relationship; I had not seen this in her before. She’s being more attentive and affectionate. It’s GREAT! I had been waiting for this for a while; I have always been the more affectionate of the two and it’s wonderful that now I’m getting it in return. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… Baby, Te Quiero!!!

As always keep praying for us. May God continue to lead our paths.

Me & Josie…

Me & Josie Originally uploaded by Sammy.

…are back together and better then ever. I guess its like they say everything happens for a reason. That whole breakup thing allowed us to see what we both needed to work on in our relationship and so far so good. I’m less insecure about everything I do or do for her and she is trying very hard to comunicate with me, she sometimes holds back but eventually lets go and tells me how she feels. Everything is great and I care about her more and more everyday. It’s a beutiful thing. I won’t go into details about how everything came back around but lets just say we sort of started from the beginning again and worked our way back. And so far it is running as smooth as possible.

Thanks for all your prayers and words of wisdom, you know who you are. You helped me get through a very tough situation in my life, the toughest so far. Love you all and God Bless.

Sammy OUT!!!

Let’s Just Be Friends…

The dreaded words one does not want to ever hear in a relationship and last night I was victim to them. Yes people Josie broke up with me. And as you can imagine I was very much broken hearted. I couldn’t understand why, all I could do was think of all the beautiful gestures and things I did for her and try to figure where I went wrong. Well as many guys now women are very hard to understand and Josie was not the exception to that. We did have our moments during the two months which were not the greatest but we managed to hurdle over those obstacles up until this last one.
