<p>In RGB mode. Make a rough selection around the pupil with the lasso tool. Got to the channels palette and click on the red channel (make it active). Then go to Image > apply image  > and make the source channel &#8220;green&#8221;. Target blending to &#8220;DARKEN&#8221;. Click &#8220;OK&#8221; No need to make precise selections or feathering or desaturating, painting. And that&#8217;s it.</p>
