That is the reason for the traffic stopage. We’ve been here for about thirty minutes. This is crazy. The troopers are issuing tickets to any accident where they believe speed was the cause. It’s that bad. Here I’m standing out in the snow on the Mass Pike taking a pic. We were standing there so long snow was accumulating around the cars as if they were parked. Sammy OUT!
